Edit PDF

Open a PDF in PDF Studio and every page appears in the sidebar. Pick a tool from the toolbar to type text, place a signature you draw or type, add images, draw freehand, highlight, or draw shapes. Everything you add can be moved, resized, restyled, or deleted until you save.

The page tools rotate, delete, duplicate, reorder, and crop pages, and you can add pages from other PDFs. The Document panel adds a watermark or page numbers to every page and exports pages as images. If the PDF has form fields, fill them in right on the page.

When you save, a new PDF is built in your browser: your additions are drawn onto the pages, forms are filled in, and the original file is never changed or uploaded.

Can I change the text that's already in the PDF?

Yes. Choose Edit text and click a line: it becomes editable in the same position, size, and color. Behind the scenes the original line is covered with the page's background color and your text is written on top, so the font may look slightly different, and the original is still in the file underneath. Delete your edited text to bring the original back.

Does White-out remove the content underneath?

No — it covers it visually. The original content is still in the file and could be found by copying text or with other software, so don't rely on it to hide sensitive information.

Can I sign a PDF?

Yes. Choose Sign, then draw your signature, type your name in a handwriting style, or upload an image of it. Place it on the page and resize it. This is a visual signature, not a certificate-based digital signature.

Can I type in Thai?

Yes. Text, form values, watermarks, and page numbers support both Thai and English.

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. Previews and the final PDF are both made in your browser, so the document never leaves your device.
